Court Case Continued Again...
The pre-trial case for Jaren Ashley Hare and Charles Darnell on the charges of manslaughter, murder in the third degree, and child neglect has been continued to June 16.
Charles Darnell entered a plea of guilty on March 1 for the following (he was arrested on August 7, 2009): sale of cocaine (sentenced to 1 year, 6 months), possession of cocaine (sentenced to 1 year, 6 months), unlawful use of two-way communication device (sentenced to 1 year, 6 months), and use of motor vehicle or shop for drugs (his driver's license is revoked for 2 years). The sentences are to be served concurrently and he received credit for his time that he has served so far in jail.
